By using Solitaire Master (the “App”), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all
applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local
laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials
contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software)
for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title,
and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display

or photographic errors. Solitaire Master does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are

available in all geographic locations. You acknowledge that when You use Solitaire Master app, Your wireless
carrier may charge you fees for data, messaging, and/or other wireless access. Check with your carrier to see if
there are any such fees that apply to you. You are solely responsible for any costs You incur to access this
application from your mobile device and/or PC device. Your right to use Solitaire Master app is also predicated
on your compliance with any applicable terms of agreements you have with third parties when using the services.
Definitions and Miscellaneous
Solitaire Master is a software product developed, operated and managed by
Solitaire Master Team with the aim to provide you with a royalty-free, non-exclusive and global software license
and technical services within the scope of this Agreement.
Solitaire Master refers to Solitaire Master Team.
